My desktop computer completely died. There was no display or power to keyboard or USB devices. I thought I'd have to do a motherboard replacement or even get a new computer. I called CBC and he patiently and quickly helped me diagnose the problem (it was a memory issue). He saved me a lot of time, stress, and heartache from not having access to my data. Walley was incredible, i called him in need of help assisting with a pc i built and he was more than happy to help me over the phone, most places and people would say just bring it down to get money from it but he genuinely wanted to help me from a perspective of wanting to to help me. I was unable to fix the issue on my own and not even 3 days later i was at his house and he was giving me tips pointers things that could help me in the future. Not one time did he bug me for a price or any upfront money or stupid charges. I was able to get my pc fixed within a week of his help due to constant communication reaching out helping me along the way anyway possible he fully repaired my pc at the cost of just wanting to help, he even went to the point to where he said he would help me build a pc if i ever wanted to rebuild one again so he can help me out. seriously who else would do something like that. After how much time and effort he put into my computer the price he charged isn't justice for the work put in. If i could i would recommend him to any and every one in need of pc help in update NY. CBC Computer Services, This is one of those business's that you say after your first phone call "I will never go anywhere else". And I haven't for 15 yrs. Wally is extremely knowledgeable, and service is fast and reasonable, what a winning combination But what also impressed me was the genuine kindness and quality that can't be faked. The turnaround time for online repair / fix is unbelievable .. I have to say I am ruff on my laptop and Wally had my laptops back up and running in no time.
