Best for hardware repairs, malware removal, and work requiring extended diagnostic time.
Help from wherever you are
$11.25 for each additional 15 minutes. Ideal for software problems, updates, email, and troubleshooting.
Service at your home or office
One-hour minimum. Available by appointment for qualifying local service calls.

In-shop computer service
Bring the computer tower only; laptop repairs should include the power cord. Most repairs are completed in one to two business days.
Remote IT support
Useful for slow computers, error messages, email problems, program installation, updates, and other software concerns.
On-site computer service
Available by appointment with a one-hour minimum. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Payment, evaluation, and warranty information.
Payment and evaluation
Payment in full is due on the date of service or when equipment is picked up.

- No personal checks
- $30 evaluation fee if an estimate is declined
Our service guarantee
Hardware repairs include a 30-day labor warranty for the same diagnosed problem. Parts remain covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.
CBC will do everything reasonable to resolve concerns if you are not delighted with the service.
