In-Shop Computer Service – $55 per hour When you drop off your computer, all we usually need is the “box”... In most cases, we do not need the monitor, keyboard, mouse, or any cords during the repair... For laptop repairs, please also bring the power cord... We will diagnose it and then afterwards we’ll call you with the estimate... If you accept our estimate, we will proceed with the repairs... If not, we will charge you a $30 Evaluation Fee for diagnosing your computer... Most repairs are complete in 1-2 business days or less...

On-Site Computer Service Call – $75 per hour * On-site service is available within 15 miles of our office location in Hopewell Junction... We have a ONE HOUR minimum charge of $75... After the first hour, we bill you in 15 minutes intervals (rounded up)... On-site appointments require someone 18 years (or older) to be present... By appointment only...
Please Note that some services we offer cannot be performed on-site do to time constrictions... All Virus/Malware Removal is done ONLY at our office and not during on-site service calls (Field Calls)...
A $25 call out fee/travel charge will be added beyond 15 miles of our office location in Hopewell...
* Note: For each on-site service, the hourly charge is also the minimum charge... After one-hour, billing is calculated in 15 minute increments rounded up... Our posted Hourly Service Rates are for “Labor Only” and excludes parts... By appointment only... NYS Residents add 8.125% Sales Tax...

Remote IT Support – $20 first 15 mins ($11.25 each additional 15 mins) Useful for software troubleshooting, program installation, and updates... We provide remote computer support for error messages, a slow computer, email problems, and much more... If your computer has high speed internet and you can still open a browser (and see this site), we can usually fix it remotely... By appointment only... Some problems require in-shop repair, during the consultation we will advise you what is needed...

Hardware repairs come with a 30 day labor warranty... If your computer breaks down with the same problem within 30 days of the repair, we will fix it free of any labor charge... Any warranty work or repairs must be diagnosed and performed by CBC Computer Services or the warranty is void... No warranty for virus/adware infections, operating system crashes, or software... Parts used for repairs, or any equipment sold to you are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty only... Generally this lasts for 12 months, but please ask for the details specific to the parts or equipment that you purchase... All sales are final, no refunds... If you are not 100% delighted with any of our services, CBC Computer Services will do everything reasonable to resolve the problem for you...
